"Le monde à l'envers" is French for "The world upside down" and depicts a large fist with long nails and boney knuckles smashing the head of the demonic looking fetus. This symbolizes the uncomfortable yet necessary removal and smashing up of negatives, once acknowledged. Doing the work to make sure we are aware of our own flaws. The strong fist also emphasizes the strength and discipline required to change what is subliminal and unconscious.
